・値段は安い・シャワーからお湯は出る・エントランスは綺麗・繁華街まで徒歩10分圏内

・シャワールームの床や壁が剥がれている・風の音と周辺のナイトクラブの音が夜通し響く（寝れないほどではない）・セーフティボックスが壊れているが、修理には業者を呼ぶ必要があるので対応できないと言われた。では、部- 屋を交換してくれとお願いしたが、故障している部屋だらけなので、また翌朝リクエストしてくれ、と言われた- 。・同じフロアの別の部屋で騒いでいる音が結構聞こえる・日に日にハウスキーピングの質が悪くなる（タオルの交換とかもされていない状態）
